MedImmune was the first company to release the vaccine for the 2009 H1N1 vaccine. Their plant employees were working around the clock on triple shifts to keep up with the demand. After months of working at the pace and under extreme pressure, there was concern that the plant employees were becoming exhausted and losing focus on their goal.

Michael Spillane Design was brought in to create a positive communication campaign to encourage the MedImmune plant workers, and to stress just how important the work they were doing was.

Below are the final concepts for this campaign. This campaign was printed in postcard sized handouts and distributed to MedImmune employees, and printed as posters and placed in production plants in Louisville, KY, Philadelphia, PA and London, England.
